Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of the Angel Expo '06 registration.  You are responsible for making your own reservations at the The Galt House. (Our special room rate is $109.00 for a single or double, $119.00 for triple or $129.00 for quad--be sure and mention you are attending the Trinity Angels conference to receive the rate.)  We recommend you make reservations early as they may sell out.  www.thegalthouse.com  or call:  (502) 589-5200 (IF YOU HAVE A KROGER PLUS CARD, you can receive a further discount - be sure and mention this!)

The deadline for making hotel reservations for these room rates is:  December 20, 2005 at 12:01am.  To ensure the reservations, the hotel will require one night's deposit using either a check, money order or a major credit card.  The deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is confirmed.  Forty-eight (48) hours cancellation noticed is required for refund.

Exhibitors who would like information about renting booth space at the Angel Expo '06 can contact Suzanne Butler at (502) 426-4546.  We recommend that you apply early, as booth spaces are extremely limited and sell out quickly.  All exhibitors are subject to approval by Trinity Angels.

All requests for Angel Expo '06 refunds must be made in writing.  A refund check, minus a $35.00 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellation requests postmarked on or before December 20, 2005.  No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after December 20, 2005

No unsolicited audio or video tapes may be made at the Expo.  Photographs are acceptable.   ALL Expo materials/books etc are included in your registration fee.  All meals from Friday to Sunday are included as well.
